What is Cach?
The Committee Against Child Hunger (CACH) was the brainchild of St. Bartholomew members Margaret Bath and Red & Paula Sims. With the support of Bob Miller, the Rotary Club, and Judge Gary Fairman, this vision took shape as a nutritional food program. The program purchases and packs food monthly to provide weekly meal packs to local educational institutions, including White Pine Preschool, Middle School, and High School, ensuring students receive essential nourishment.
What began as 10 meal packs has grown into an incredible 250 packs per week. Leading this monumental effort is Susan Keough, who organizes and enlists the help of numerous community volunteers to make it happen every month.
If you feel called to contribute, your help or donations are always welcome and greatly appreciated.
