St. Bartholomew's Memorial Garden Columbarium and Meditation Garden

A SPECIAL PLACE AT ST. BARTHOLOWMEW'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH

St. Bartholomew’s Memorial Garden, with its niches, is a thoughtfully designed outdoor space dedicated to honoring and remembering loved ones who have passed away. The garden is constructed of Mt Moriah Stone and bedecked with native plants in memory of the Reverend Dale Miller, who served as a priest at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church from 1984 to 2002. The gardens feature a serene landscape with beautiful plants, flowers, and pathways that provide a peaceful environment for reflection and remembrance. Niches, which are small, secured compartments within the walls or columbaria, are specifically designed to hold the deceased’s cremated remains. Each niche may be adorned with a plaque or marker that commemorates the individual interred. This natural beauty creates a sacred sanctuary where families and friends can visit, reflect, and find solace.
